Profesional en la Venta de Auto (Nuevos/Usados) con experiencia en (industria automotriz/placas solares, seguros y/o ventas generales competitivas) y/o con  interés en desarrollarse en las Ventas de Autos (brindamos Programa de Adiestramientos y tenemos miles de autos).   Es responsable de generar sus citas para ventas utilizando las redes,  con apoyo de Mercadeo interno y Call Center (BDC).  Enfocados en servicio al cliente, venta inteligente y en búsqueda de generar excelentes comisiones con buenos beneficios corporativos.
 
  1. Responsable de generar llamadas de clientes,   para orientarlos y coordinar citas para ventas y muestra de los vehículos.  Debe realizar buen manejo de records diarios.
  2. Recibir a los clientes con buena presencia y seguridad en todas las fases del proceso.
  3. Cumplir con su horario de trabajo (presencial) y atender a los clientes acorde a sus necesidades. Labora de (lunes a sábado con un dia libre en semana y domingos turnos alternos).
  4. Utilizar diariamente la herramienta Dealer Socket, V-Auto y cualquier otra requerida, con  toda la información necesaria para evidenciar sus gestiones/transacciones de ventas
  5. Responsable de crear publicidad propia, promoviendo adecuadamente en las redes sociales ofertas responsables e íntegras acorde a las regulaciones del negocio y los medios, para atraer prospectos de ventas.
  6. Cumplir con los requerimientos mínimos diarios en contactar clientes y publicaciones.
  7.  Responsable de conocer el inventario de su tienda, descripciones de productos y saber manejar opciones tanto en venta de nuevos como usados. Deberá tener entendimiento sólido de los productos de la compañía y presentar opciones tanto en vehículos nuevos como usados.
  8. Responsable de identificar la necesidad del cliente, facilitar la compra y demás productos y servicios (facilitador junto al F&I). Realizar ordenes completas, legibles y procesar documentos de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas, para que el proceso de F&I y finalización sean adecuados.
  9. Responsable de brindar seguimiento a cada oportunidad con el fin de crear una relación a largo plazo.   
  10. Responsable de coordinar y preparar entrega del vehículo vendido antes de la llegada del cliente y/o de modo oportuno si ya está en las facilidades.
  11. Responsable de que el cliente entienda el funcionamiento operativo, garantía y documentación de su vehículo.
  12. Deberá mantener la ética profesional en todo momento y ante cualquier situación. Fomentar la buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  13. Responsable de monitorear y cumplir las metas de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales basándose en los indicadores de venta asignados.
  14. Deberá mantener comunicación directa con el Gerente de Ventas y Gerente de Financiamiento.
