En Cabrera Auto buscamos un(a) profesional organizado(a), detallista y comprometido(a) para integrarse a nuestro equipo como Oficial de Licencias.

Esta posición es clave para asegurar que todos los procesos de registro y traspaso de vehículos se realicen de manera correcta, eficiente y dentro del tiempo establecido.


 Responsabilidades Principales

  • Tramitar registraciones y traspasos de todas las ventas del negocio (cash, wholesales y bancos).

  • Manejar toda la documentación requerida para completar el Registro de Unidades (títulos, cartas de cancelación, entre otros).

  • Completar traspasos de vehículos usados y registros de autos nuevos e importados.

  • Gestionar documentación para revendedores e instituciones financieras.

  • Recopilar documentos requeridos para el cobro de cooperativas.

  • Atender clientes en persona y por teléfono sobre traspasos y registros.

  • Preparar declaraciones juradas para traspasos y registros.

  • Verificar documentación de vehículos tomados en “trade-in” y gestionar duplicados cuando sea necesario.

  • Solicitar cartas de cancelación y certificaciones relacionadas a marbetes (Hacienda, DTOP, Centros de Inspección, Instituciones Financieras).

  • Preparar listados de presentación para DTOP e instituciones financieras.

  • Gestionar envíos por correo certificado dentro y fuera de Puerto Rico.

  • Preparar licencias provisionales.

  • Digitalizar y archivar documentación oficial.

  • Gestionar pagos de multas de Auto Expreso y boletos administrativos.

  • Disponibilidad para realizar tareas adicionales según necesidad del departamento.

  • Disponible para trabajar overtime y fines de semana cuando sea requerido.


 Requisitos

  • Bachillerato en Contabilidad (mínimo requerido).

  • Preferiblemente experiencia en la industria automotriz.

  • Excelentes destrezas analíticas y alta atención al detalle.

  • Dominio de MS Office.

  • Dominio del español e inglés (verbal y escrito).

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y excelente comunicación.

  • Manejo confidencial y preciso de información sensible.

  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad y organización.


Ambiente de Trabajo

  • Ambiente de oficina con ruido moderado.

  • Requiere estar sentado(a) por periodos prolongados.

  • Puede requerir movilización de material de oficina.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar en distintos edificios según necesidad operacional.
