Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Asesor de Servicio para nuestro equipo de trabajo.

El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia previa trabajando con servicio al cliente.   

Recibe y atiende al cliente de manera profesional, promoviendo la venta de servicios y mantenimientos adicionales necesarios para su unidad. Mantiene al cliente debidamente informado del progreso de su unidad.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Recibir a los clientes, obtener y/o actualizar la información en sistema provisto por la empresa. Bien sea información personal del cliente, nombre, dirección postal, emails, teléfonos y tablilla.
  2. Recomienda mantenimientos requeridos por el manufacturero. Cumpliendo con los estándares de venta establecidos por la empresa.  
  3. Realizar inspección del estado del vehículo antes de entrar al taller. Tomar fotos internas y externas del vehículo.
  4. Solicitar las firmas pertinentes de la orden de reparación (RO) al momento de recibir la unidad.
  5. Redactar las quejas de reparaciones claras y precisas en la orden de reparación (RO) para el técnico.
  6. Provee el estimado de piezas y labor basado en los servicios adicionales recomendados por el técnico encontrados en la inspección. El estimado se presenta al cliente en persona, por teléfono o email.
  7. Estar al tanto de los status de reparación de las unidades bajo su cargo.  
  8. Comunicarse con el cliente cuando el trabajo este terminado y discutir con el mismo la orden de reparación.
  9. Coordinar con el manufacturero y/o las compañías de garantía extendida para obtener aprobación de reparación y tomar las precauciones necesarias para garantizar el pago del mismo.
  10. Mantenerse al día en cuanto adiestramientos requeridos por el manufacturero y nuestros productos (Cabrera Full Service, Mighty).
  11. Nunca perder de vista la calidad de servicio y buen trato al cliente, para cumplir con las metas mensuales de servicio al cliente (CSI).

Requisitos:

  • Habilidad para leer y entender instrucciones e información en Español e Inglés
  • Licencia de Conducir vigente y con récord aceptable como conductor.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
  • Asistencia y puntualidad
  • Conocimiento tecnológico básico
  • Mantener una imagen corporativa
