Hyundai Hatillo esta en busqueda de un tecnico Quick Lube para realizar  cambio de aceite y filtro para nuestro equipo de trabajo. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en mecanica liviana. Sera responsable de realizar todas las funciones del Quick Lube en todos los talleres asignados.  Tiene que hacer uso adecuado de los equipos de la empresa y mantener su área de trabajo limpia, segura y hacer las entregas en el tiempo requerido al cliente. Tiene que regirse por todos los procedimientos y procesos requeridos por la empresa para poder cumplir con los requerimientos del manufacturero y estándares de calidad.
 
  1. Realizar cambio de aceite, filtro, rotaciones de gomas, cambios de filtros de aire de cabina y motor. También hacer lavado de motor, rotación de gomas (20 lbs en adelante) y trabajos básicos en sistema de frenos
  2. Deberá mantener los índices de satisfacción del cliente aceptables por los fabricantes.
  3. Entender, respetar y cumplir con las leyes federales y estatales relacionadas a la disposición de aceites y fluidos peligrosos y/o contaminantes.
  4. Mantiene y promueve un contacto profesional con los clientes y sus compañeros de trabajo.
  5. Mantiene constante comunicación con Asesor de Servicios para el estatus de los casos trabajados.
  6. Deberá realizar inspecciones completas a las unidades que se le asignen.
  7. Debe realizar el mantenimiento de una forma rápida, segura y efectiva
  8. Informa inmediatamente al Asesor de Servicio si ocurriese algún suceso que impacte el tiempo de entrega estimado al cliente y si la unidad necesitase algún tipo de trabajo adicional y/o mantenimiento.
  9. Se comunica con el departamento de piezas para obtener las piezas necesarias para completar el mantenimiento e informa al Asesor de Servicio si tuvo que realizar alguna orden de pieza.
  10.  Es responsable de hacer buen uso de las herramientas suplidas por la empresa, esto incluye devolverlas a su área designada e informar a su supervisor de algún problema con la referida herramienta.
  11. Debe poseer un inventario personal de herramientas básicas el cual le permita realizar su trabajo correctamente y en el menor tiempo posible.
  12. Debe mantener su área de trabajo limpia en todo momento.
  13. Es responsable de anejar a la orden de trabajo todo tipo de documentación requerida por el fabricante o la empresa para la reparación.
  14. Es responsable y custodio de cada pieza que se le sea entregada por el departamento de piezas para completar su reparación.
  15. Deberá tomar cualquier tipo de adiestramiento que sea requerido por el fabricante o la empresa.
  16. Deberá estar disponible para trabajar overtime y fines de semana según la necesidad del negocio.
  17. Otras tareas relacionadas al puesto y departamento pueden ser asignadas.
Requisitos:
  • Curso Tecnico Automotriz
  • Licencia provisional.
  • Conocimiento en programa CDK.
  • Habilidades mecanicas basicas.
  • Conocimiento tecnologico basico.
  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presion.
