Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Service Greeter.

El candidatio ideal debe poseer excelentes destrezas de sericio al cliente.  El greeter de servicio es el la persona que eecibe a todos los clientes, coordina el proceso con el Service Advisor y se asegura de brindar una excelente experiencia con el cliente en todo momento.  Debe cubrir las funciones de Greeter en rampa, Runner para estacionar y hacer entregas, entrega de herramientas en jaula y manejo de Shuttle cuando sea requerido.

Responsabilidades

  1. Colocar vestimenta del vehículo (incluyendo alfombra de papel, cubierta plástica al asiento y al guía)
  2. Asistir al Asesor de Servicio en la realización de la inspección y verificación del vehículo (‘’Car Check’’)
  3. Estacionar la unidad del cliente en el lugar designado para ello
  4. Mantener limpio el área designada para la entrada de vehículos al Taller de Servicio (“Drive way’’)
  5. Organizar y mantener la organización del estacionamiento
  6. Remover la vestimenta del vehículo (incluyendo alfombra de papel, cubierta plástica al asiento y al guía) *previo a la entrega del mismo cliente.
  7. Entrega a la unidad del cliente y asegure que este limpia de manchas de grasa.
  8. Asegurarse de que se está entregando la unidad correcta al cliente
  9. Mantener control y custodia de las llaves de las unidades al momento de entrada y de salida del Taller de Servicio (i.e. antes y después de la reparación mecánica)
  10. Debe haberse realizado un mantenimiento a la unidad, verificar si tiene el sello de próxima fecha y millaje para cambio de aceite y filtro
  11. Llevar a cabo el proceso de inspección de la unidad de conformidad con el SOP núm. 1 una vez la unidad sea reparada por el Taller de Servicio.
  12. Completar la hoja de cotejo establecida en el SOP núm. 1
  13. Debe hacer entrega de vehículos terminados cuando sea requerido.
  14. Debe manejar el Shuttle para llevar clientes a los lugares designados por la empresa, cumpliendo con los itinerarios designados por la empresa, cumpliendo con los itinerarios asignados. 
  15. Debe laborar cuando se le asigne en Jaula de Herramientas en la entrega y recibo de llaves, herramientas y cualquier otro equipo requerido.  Debe tener dominio del programa computarizado que se usa en la Jaula.
  16. Debe estar disponible para laborar los turnos y días asignados (incluyendo weekend).  En caso de ser requerido laborar overtime debe estar disponible. 

Requisitos

  • Licencia de Conducir vigente
  • Enfocado en Servicio al Cliente
  • Capaz de trabajar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo
  • Capaz de trabajar bajo presión
  • Capaz de conducir vehículos con transmisión automática y estándar
  • Dispuesto(a) a permanecer de pie por largos periodos de tiempo, así como laborar en la intemperie
  • Poseer conocimiento básico de computadoras
