Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Gruero para nuestro equipo de trabajo.

El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia previa manejando dieferentes tipos de gruas. El ocupante de este puesto es responsable de operar grúas, remolques, plataformas de hasta cuatro (4) unidades y Carrier de siete (7) unidades y/o cualquier otra que se adquiera por la empresa. Hacer entrega, recogido y transporte de todo tipo de vehículos y botes a diferentes partes de la isla. Debe, ser responsable de cumplir con los tiempos y promesas a clientes al igual que, mantenerse comunicado ante cualquier cambio de ruta y/o emergencia a modo de no afectar operaciones de Servicios/Ventas ofrecidos a clientes..   

Responsabilidades

1. Verificar y preparar la grúa con diésel, equipo de seguridad, licencias y algún otro documento que corresponda a la grúa que va a estar utilizando al iniciar cada turno diario. En caso de identificar algo, debe comunicarlo de inmediato al Coordinador de Grúas.
2. Recibir coordinación diaria, la cual será comunicada por el Asistente de Flota y/o Coordinador de Grúas
3. Completar documento conduce de entregas y líneas aplicables de modo diario. Entregar según requerido por el Coordinador de Grúas
4. Buscar las unidades a transportar en las áreas/zonas que le sean asignadas y llevarlas al 2do punto requerido.
5. Montar y asegurar las unidades a transportar en la grúa, plataforma, “Carrier’’ y/o cualquier unidad para hacer remolques de botes.
6. Cumplir con las entregas Ambas se realizan en dos horarios am y pm a toda la isla.
7. Recoger/Hacer levantes de autos y botes en el muelle. Además, realizar movimientos físicos pertinentes y trasladarlos.
8. Realizar entrega de vehículos del concesionario y/o clientes de venta nuevos y servicio.
9. Mantener comunicación directa con el cliente, para obtener direcciones de ubicaciones. 
10. Coordinar con él/la Coordinador (a) de Grúas los mantenimientos a las grúas y es responsabilidad individual mantenerla limpia y organizada al terminar cada turno diario.
11. Debe cumplir con todas las leyes de tránsito vigentes y requerimientos de ley para transitar en las grúas en las vías de rodaje.
12. Asistirá con otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario.
13. Debe estar disponible para laborar weekends y overtime de ser necesario y requerido acorde a las actividades del negocio y/o compromisos con cliente.

Requisitos

  • Licencia de Conducir categoría 9 vigente
  •  Récord de manejo aceptable como conductor (MVR) de DTOP.
  •  Licencia de TWIC para accesar a los puertos • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
  •  Mantener una imagen corporativa.
