 Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Oficial de BDC (CSR) - Servicios para nuestro equipo de trabajo.

El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en call center.

 El (la) Oficial de BDC Servicio es responsable de coordinar citas para los departamentos de servicios para así aumentar el volumen de clientes. Cumplir con los objetivos y estándares de la empresa, mediante el manejo óptimo de los recursos de la organización. Adicional deberá asegurar la calidad del servicio en cada cliente atendido y asegurar la experiencia positiva y el seguimiento continuo de cada cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Responsable de recibir llamadas de clientes de servicio, orientarlos y coordinar citas diariamente.
  2. Responsable de registrar cada llamada recibida o realizada en el CRM (DealerFX, CDK y Dealersocket).
  3. Requiere contestar el teléfono, recibir, procesar y enviar emails. 
  4. Responsable del uso del libreto y power tracs en cada llamada para asegurar la excelencia en el servicio al cliente. 
  5. Ejecutar las estrategias para generar volumen de llamadas y tráfico.
  6. Deberá persuadir a los clientes en cada llamada para convertirla en una oportunidad.
  7. Responsable de asegurar la justa distribución de citas por asesores.
  8. Responsable de realizar el 100 % de las llamadas y textos de confirmaciones de citas, clientes que no llegaron, clientes con órdenes de piezas y de campañas asignadas.
  9. Responsable de brindar seguimiento a cada oportunidad con el fin de crear una relación a largo plazo.
  10. Deberá mantener la ética profesional en todo momento y ante cualquier situación.
  11. Deberá tener un entendimiento sólido de los productos de la compañía.
  12. Responsable de monitorear y cumplir diariamente los resultados de las metas, basadas en los indicadores claves de BDC.
  13. Deberá mantener comunicación directa con el Gerente de BDC.
  14. Fomentar la buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  15. Cualquier otra tarea o función necesaria para el buen funcionamiento del departamento y la empresa.
  16. Otras tareas o asignaciones generales o no especificas pudieran ser requeridas para lograr la efectividad y resultados del Departamento de BDC.

Requisitos:

  • Grado Asociado/Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas ó su equivalente en experiencia. Al menos dos (2) años de experiencia previa en Servicio al cliente.  Excelentes destrezas matemáticas y habilidades de comunicación.  Conocimiento en CDK, principalmente en programas de computadora en el área de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
  • Habilidad para trabajar con conceptos matemáticos, fundamentos básicos. 
  • Dominio tanto oral como escrito del español e inglés.
  • Este puesto no requiere supervisar a otros empleados. Reporta directamente al Gerente de BDC Servicios/Ventas.
