Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Parts Wholesales para nuestro equipo de trabajo.

El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia previa trabajando con servicio al cliente y venta de piezas. Responsable de prospectar, hacer ruta, relacionarse con el cliente, vender y cobrar las facturas. Debe resaltar siempre la calidad de producto, el servicio y la garantía que le ofrecemos.  Brindar la información que sea necesaria para que el cliente se convenza de adquirir el producto.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Conocimiento de los productos que trabajamos.
  2. Conocer el uso del producto. 
  3. Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y cuotas requeridas
  4. Desarrollo de nuevos clientes / cuentas recurrentes
  5. Mantener una imágen corporativa en las reuniones con los clientes.
  6. Definir un Plan de Visitas continuas semanales a comerciales tales como: auto parts, talleres de servicio, quick lubes, o cualquier otra identidad que requiera de nuestros servicios.
  7. Atender reclamaciones de los clientes.
  8. Tener bien identificada la competencia e informar a su supervisor las mismas. 
  9. Explicar promociones y ofertas disponibles para la venta.
  10. Dar un servicio de calidad en general tanto al cliente externo como interno.
  11. Realizar demostraciones y/o coordinar con un experto del producto para lograr la venta, siempre en coordinación con el Gerente de Ventas de Piezas.
  12. Saber utilizar los catálogos que tenemos y hacer pedidos por (CDK) y/o cualquier otro Programa que la empresa adquiera para Piezas.
  13. Asegurarse que las entregas acordadas se ejecuten de modo diario para mantener un buen servicio al cliente y cumplir la promesa
  14. Brindar pronósticos de venta mensual (forecasts)
  15. Facturación y Cobro de facturas de los clientes (COD) y cuentas a crédito.
Requisitos:
  • Grado Asociado/ al menos dos (2) años de experiencia previa en venta de piezas y servicio al cliente.
  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y presencia ante el cliente. 
  • Conocimiento en catálogos de piezas, CDK y en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) y/o cualquier otro programa requerido del departamento.
  • Licencia de conducir tiene que estar vigente (PR/US)
  • Habilidad para trabajar con conceptos matemáticos, fundamentos básicos.
