DESCRIPCION GENERAL
La posición de Content Creator es responsable de la creación ágil, continua y de alto volumen de contenido digital para redes sociales y campañas, combinando habilidades de video, fotografía y diseño para producir piezas atractivas, relevantes y alineadas a los objetivos comerciales del negocio.

Este rol está enfocado en ejecución rápida y efectiva, generando contenido que impulse engagement, visibilidad y conversión, y que responda a las necesidades dinámicas de las distintas líneas de negocio (autos nuevos, usados, renta y servicio). Actúa como un recurso clave dentro del ecosistema digital, apoyando las estrategias definidas mediante la producción constante de contenido optimizado para plataformas digitales.

El Content Creator es un perfil multi-diestro que combina:
  1. Producción de video corto
  2. Fotografía para redes y contenido digital
  3. Diseño básico de piezas gráficas
  4. Adaptación de contenido para social media
TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES – (Otras tareas relacionadas a Mercadeo le pueden ser asignadas)
  1. Crear contenido diario o recurrente para redes sociales.
  2. Captura de fotografía y/o video de inventario (autos nuevos y/o usados), instalaciones, eventos y activaciones.
  3. Diseñar piezas gráficas básicas para publicaciones digitales.
  4. Editar video (cortes, ritmo, subtítulos, overlays, música).
  5. Editar imágenes (ajustes básicos, limpieza, formato).
  6. Adaptar contenido a diferentes formatos (vertical, horizontal, plataformas específicas como Meta, TikTok y YouTube).
  7. Asegurar que el contenido esté optimizado para engagement y consumo rápido.
  8. Producir contenido en ciclos cortos (same-day / next-day cuando sea necesario).
  9. Cumplir con calendarios de contenido definidos.
  10. Responder rápidamente a necesidades tácticas del negocio (promociones, inventario urgente).
  11. Trabajar en coordinación con el Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinators y equipo de ventas.
  12. Recibir feedback y ajustar contenido de manera ágil.
  13. Asegurar coherencia en tono, estilo visual y mensajes de marca.
  14. Cumplir con lineamientos de marca y exactitud en ofertas, precios y fecha.
  15. Disponibilidad para laborar fines de semana cuando le sean requeridos.
REQUISITOS: EDUCACION, EXPERIENCIA, LENGUAJE, LICENCENCIAS Y/O CERTIFICACIONES, SUPERVISION
  1. Grado técnico o experiencia comprobable en fotografía, videografía o producción audiovisual (portfolio de trabajos).
  2. Experiencia previa creando contenido para marcas, redes sociales o publicidad digital orientado a performance digital.
  3. Dominio de software de edición (ej. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premier, etc.).
  4. Conocimiento de formatos y especificaciones para plataformas digitales.
  5. Alta atención al detalle y sensibilidad estética.
  6. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y con múltiples entregables.
  7. Organización y manejo eficiente del tiempo.
  8. Actitud colaborativa y receptiva a feedback.
  9. Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y horarios flexibles.
