El (la) Ejecutivo de Ventas ADN es responsable mantener el volumen de citas para ventas a tono con  las expectativas mensuales del negocio.  Debe asegurarse de ampliar diariamente la cartera de clientes, manejar cada walk-in para cerrar venta y mantener portfolio de clientes recurrentes para todos los servicios de ADN+Outdoor.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Responsable de recibir llamadas de clientes, orientarlos y coordinar citas para venta e instalación. 
  2. Debe llevar un registros de clientes diarios, ya sea walk-in, telefónico y/o con citas: Nombre/Tel/Email/Productos interesados o vendidos. Utilizar diariamente el software/formatos requeridos para registrar clientes.
  3. Requiere contestar el teléfono, recibir, procesar y enviar emails o mensajes a los clientes.
  4. Recibir a los clientes con buena presencia, seguridad y respeto. Mantener excelentes relaciones con compañeros, suplidores y contratistas.
  5. Cumplir con su horario de trabajo y atender a los clientes acorde a sus necesidades de venta de accesorios/outdoor y/o instalaciones coordinadas.
  6. Responsable de crear publicidad propia, promoviendo adecuadamente en las redes sociales ofertas responsables e íntegras acorde a los precios del negocio, para atraer prospectos de ventas.
  7. Cumplir con los requerimientos mínimos diarios en cuanto a contactar clientes y publicar anuncios diariamente.
  8. Coordinación de citas directas en sus días laborables  con cliente generando cierre de negocio.
  9. Responsable que las áreas de trabajo y mostrador estén limpias y organizadas.
  10. Deberá tener entendimiento sólido de los productos de la compañía (Accesorios/Outdoor) y presentar opciones tanto en vehículos nuevos como usados.
  11. Responsable de realizar ordenes completas, legibles y procesar documentos de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas.
  12.  Responsable de que el cliente entienda el funcionamiento operativo, garantía y documentación de cualquier instalación.
  13. Responsable de brindar seguimiento a cada oportunidad con el fin de crear una relación a largo plazo.  Que esta pueda ser de referencia positiva y contribuya a futuros negocios.
  14. Deberá mantener la ética profesional en todo momento y ante cualquier situación.
  15. Responsable de monitorear y cumplir las metas de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales basándose en los indicadores de venta asignados.
  16. Deberá mantener comunicación directa con el Gerente de Ventas y Director de Ventas.
  17. Disponible para trabajar los dias que le sean asignados bajo su equipo.

Requistos: 

  1. Grado Asociado/Bachillerato en Mercadeo/Administración de Empresas ó su equivalente en experiencia. Al menos dos (2) años de experiencia previa en ventas.
  2. Excelentes destrezas matemáticas y habilidades de comunicación y persuasión. 
  3. Se requiere licencia de conducir vigente ya que debe transportar y entregar vehículos a clientes.
  4. Dominio tanto oral como escrito del español e inglés.
