Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Vendedor de Piezas Front Counter para nuestro equipo de trabajo.

La posición de Vendedor de Piezas “Front Counter” tendra la responsabilodad de trabajar con el servicio al cliente.  Además, realizará ventas directamente con el cliente o por teléfono.

El candidato ideal debe tener conocimiento sobre las piezas y catálogos de manufactureros y suplidores  

RESPONSABILIDADES 

  • Ofrecer asesoría al cliente en la identificación y selección de piezas y velar que el cliente quede satisfecho con la compra de sus piezas.
  • Responsable de contestar llamadas, ofrecer orientacion y cotizaciones al cliente. 
  • Debe ofrecer artículos relacionados a la compra que busca el cliente.
  • Informarle al cliente si la pieza solicitada se encuentra disponible o si se le ordenara. Debe brindar seguimiento y notificar cuando  sea recibida y cual sería el método de entrega.
  • Verificar facturas a crédito y pendientes de pago.
  • Mantener una apariencia profesional al trabajar con los clientes y compañeros de trabajo.
  • Anotar toda la información necesaria del cliente para el pago de la pieza.
  • Mantener el área de trabajo, limpias y organizadas en todo momento.
  • Solicitar al cliente las facturas del pedido de piezas especiales al momento de la entrega. Debe firmar la para factura del cliente validar la entrega.
  • En caso de realizar crédito por devolución de piezas, debe ir acompañado con su factura original. Además, entregar al personal del almacén el producto devueto. El crédito tiene que ser autorizado y firmado por el gerente o supervisor.
  • Tomar los programas de adiestramientos requeridos.
  • Cumplir con las metas asignadas.
  • Explicar al cliente los cargos por ordenes especiales (flete) y política de devolución.
  • Responsable del cuadre diario de facturas a crédito.
  • Asegurarse si hay alguna venta exento de IVU anotar nombre completo de cliente, dirección, el número de ICC y su firma.

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Grado Asociado en administración o minimo 2 años  de experiencia en la venta de piezas.
  • Habilidad para leer, comprender y seguir instrucciones
  • Conocimiento en el Programa de CDK y otros programas de la industria.
  • Excelentes habilidades Comunicación Oral & Escrita (Ingles & Español).
  • Buena Presencia y  excelentes habilidades Interpersonales
  • Habilidad trabajar bajo presión
  • Liderato, Responsabilidad e Iniciativa
  • Honestidad e Integridad
  • Poseer Licencia de Conducir vigente en todo momento.
