Cabrera Auto está en búsqueda de Vendedor de Piezas Back Counter para nuestro equipo de trabajo.

La posición de Vendedor de Piezas “Back Counter” es responsable de identificar y despachar correctamente las piezas y/o accesorios requeridos por los técnicos.  Debe tener conocimiento especializado en catálogos de piezas y procesos del fabricante.

RESPONSABILIDADES 

  • Responsable de identificar y despachar las piezas correctas. En adición, debe corroborar las recomendaciones del catálogo y sugerir las piezas relacionados a la reparación que realiza el técnico.
  • Notifica por email al personal de Servicio y BDC el recibo de pieza ordenada.
  • Deberá preparar cotizaciones de piezas originales y reemplazo, según sea la necesidad de la reparación.
  • Deberá analizar las mejores opciones de compra de piezas para cumplir con el sentido de urgencia del Taller de Servicios.
  • Responsable de identificar suplidores que puedan suministrar las piezas que no tengamos disponibles internamente.
  • Tener empatía, buena presencia y mantener una apariencia profesional al atender sus clientes internos.
  • Responsable de mantener las áreas de trabajo y mostrador limpias, libres de riesgos y organizadas en todo momento.
  • Participar de los programas de adiestramientos provistos por el fabricante y la empresa cuando sean requeridos.
  • Responsable de preparar las ordenes (“pre-picking”) con un mínimo de (3) dias para la entrega al Taller de Servicios.
  • Responsable de recogido de piezas “scrapping” y “cores”. Cada pieza tiene que estar identificada con los requisitos y formularios del fabricante.
  • Responsable de buscar alternativas de piezas originales y/o reemplazo para resolver las necesidades del taller.
  • Identificar y comunicar al Parts Manager todas aquellas piezas de mucho movimiento cuando estén bajas en inventario. De igual modo, comunicar las que son de poco movimiento para que mantengamos un inventario adecuado.
  • Cumplir con las metas de ventas y horas mensuales del taller.
  • Otras tareas relacionadas al departamento podrán ser asignadas por el supervisor inmediato.

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Grado Asociado en Administración y/o Equivalente en Experiencia.
  • Un año de experiencia como vendedor de piezas.
  • Habilidad para leer, comprender y seguir instrucciones.
  • Conocimiento en el Programa de CDK y/o cualquier otro Programa asignado por la empresa.
  • Excelentes habilidades Comunicación Oral & Escrita (Ingles & Español)
  • Buena Presencia y  excelentes habilidades Interpersonales
  • Liderato, Responsabilidad e Iniciativa
  • Honestidad e Integridad
  • Poseer Licencia de Conducir vigente en todo momento.
